    Can you ship these batteries to the EU? Do you have a UK dealer / distributor?
      1) As we have our own warehouse in Germany and the new Aolithium online store for the European market will be ready by the end of August.
      2) We have authorized representatives in the EU.
    Can you ship these batteries to Canada?
      Of course our batteries can be shipped to Canda, we have our own warehouse in Canada. The shipping cost is basically the same as in the USA. You can buy batteries directly and the price will be calculated automatically after our online store is up and running in Canada.
    Does your battery pack have UL certification?
      Our 12 V 100 Ah batteries and cells are all UL listed.
      The cells are UL1642 certified and the battery packs are UL62133 certified.

      Enclosed is the UL certificate for the battery pack.
      The UL file number is MH65250. It can also be searched on the official UL website. Search link:
    Can I put your batteries in the battery compartment of Group27?
      The size of our 12 V 100 Ah battery is 305 x 174 x 188 mm and the size of the group 27 is 306 x 173 x 225 mm. So the battery case fits into the group 27.
    Do your batteries come with a charger or do I have to buy one separately?
      You must purchase the lithium charger separately.
    After I charged the battery and connected via your Bluetooth app, the real-time screen no longer shows the values.
      1) Is another battery app installed on your phone? Since the data stored on the phone in the two apps conflict, the original data cache must be cleared each time you start it.
      2) If the circuit breaker is open, it means that the battery is in the protection state. If it is overcharge protection, simply discharge the battery to recover. If it is a deep discharge protection, you can activate the battery with a charger that has a 0 V start function
    I bought more than one battery from Aolithium. When you use your Bluetooth app, which battery sends data to the app?
      The data of the two batteries are independent of each other.
      Each battery has a Bluetooth number. When you use it, connect the Bluetooth of the battery. The APP shows the data of this battery.

    I received my batteries today and installed the Bluetooth app. I check the information in the app and found that one of my batteries is fully charged 100% of the time, while the capacity is 95 AH, it should be 100 AH.
      The SOC (State of Charge) data requires a learning process when the battery is first used.
      The nominal capacity is generally subject to a numerical error of ±10 % during the learning phase.
      It takes at least two deep cycles to learn the correct capacity:
      The complete charging and discharging process: Fully charged > Start discharging > Discharge until empty > Charging.
    The nominal capacity and SOC values are still incorrect after two deep cycles.
      Since our engineers set the SOC voltage correction value of the battery to a high value, the data is prone to error. Could you change the parameters of the batteries as follows? Attached is a video tutorial--.
      1) Download the xiaoxiang app to your Android device using the linked installation file.
      Note: After downloading, you need to change the file name to xiaoxiang-3.1.1021.apk
      2) Connect the Aolithum battery after you open the app. After you connect the app, you need to enter the password, the password is 666666
      3) Click on the menu in the upper left corner and then on PARAMS SETTING.
      4) Scroll down to find the three elements, change parameters and save them
      Single full voltage: Change 3.45 V to 3.65 V
      Single shutdown voltage: Change 3.0 V to 2.5 V
      Rated capacity: change to 100Ah

    The difference in capacity between the two batteries increases after they have been used in series or parallel for a while.
      Since our engineers have set the SOC voltage correction value of the battery to a high value, the SOC data may be inaccurate.
      And after the batteries have been connected in parallel for a while, the data of each battery will be different due to the different internal resistance of each battery and other reasons.
      You can disconnect the batteries and then fully charge each battery, perform the following steps to change the battery parameters, and then reconnect in parallel.

      Or you can fully charge the battery system and then leave the batteries for 8 hours (do not discharge them). Then change the parameters of each battery according to the following steps.
    I bought two of your batteries, one of which is used. It has a capacity of only 90Ah and shows that it was looped once. The other pair in the battery has 100 Ah without cycles.
      This is a new, unused battery.
      Our rechargeable batteries are randomly tested at the factory, so that a one-time cyclization is recognizable for some rechargeable batteries.
      The batteries have an 8-year warranty, so don't worry.
    Is the nominal capacity written in the protection board a fixed value? Why does the APP show a capacity of less than 100 Ah?

      For example, the inverter discharge voltage is high, and when discharged with an inverter, the BMS considers the battery discharged and empty, even if there is still capacity.
      In this way, the nominal capacity value is displayed with an error of ±10%, but this does not affect the use of the battery.
    Since my van wiring is only rated for 30 A, I don't want any chance of the charge current exceeding 30 A if I leave the parameter unchanged. What other settings in the BMS will be affected by changing the maximum charge current to 30 A?
      1) The BMS data can be changed only on the Android devices.
      2) The charge overcurrent can be changed to at least 35 A (if it falls below 35 A, the battery will go into protection mode when charging).
      3) It doesn't matter that your RV's internal wiring and alternator are only rated for 30 amps, you can use a lithium charger with a current limiting function and a voltage limit of 14.6V.
      You can change the current as follows:
      1) Download JBD xiaoxiang Bluetooth App on your Android device, below is the QR code..
      2) Connect the Aolithum battery after opening the app.
      3) Click on the menu in the upper left corner and then on PARAMS SETTING
      4) Scroll down to find the "Charge Overcurrent" item, change 210A to 35A, then it's done.
    What size supports the lithium battery?
      The lithium battery must be charged with a professional charger for lithium batteries.
      The recommended charger for lithium batteries is ≤0.5C. Therefore, for 12 V 100 Ah batteries, it is recommended to use a charger with ≤ 50 A.
      We recommend that you do not exceed this charge rate, as this may result in shortened battery life. In an emergency situation, the battery can be charged faster if necessary.
      Most of our customers use 10A~20A chargers.
      There are many brands of lithium battery chargers, such as Victron, Sterling.
    How long does it take to charge?
      The time required to charge a lithium-ion deep cycle battery depends on the type and size of your charging source.
    The 10 AH battery cannot be charged after it has been fully discharged.
      Since the battery is fully discharged to an undervoltage protected state, the general charger cannot charge the battery.
      The battery can be restarted in several ways:
      1) Charging the battery with a lithium charger with 0V start function.
      2) Or activate the battery with an adjustable switching power supply (current limit ≤ 0.5C, constant voltage 14.6V).
      3) Or you can use a lead-acid charger with a 50 ohm resistor for activation.
      Please note: Do not discharge the battery completely, we recommend charging it with at least 10% power.
    Main charger setting parameters
      The charging parameters of our 12V100Ah batteries are set as follows
      Floating voltage: 14 V
      Standard charging current: 50A (When the two batteries are connected in parallel, the maximum charging current can be set to 100A).
      Overvoltage protection: 14.6 V
      Undervoltage protection: 10V
    Can your battery be connected in series and parallel with batteries of other brands?
      You cannot connect lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, and lithium batteries of different brands cannot be connected because the cell batch is not the same.
      Even if it is the same brand, if the purchase interval is more than 4 months, it is also not advisable to connect.
      This is because the energy drop between the cells is not uniform.
    The battery bolts are not long enough to do the following.
    1) Connect batteries in parallel
    2) Connect with inverter
    3) Connect with charge controller

    Do you sell spare parts as this battery is built to be disassembled? For example, if a BMS fails, can I buy a new BMS from you?
      We do not sell spare parts for now. If the BMS fails, we do not recommend replacing it yourself, you can find professionals to replace it.
