Our 12V 100Ah batteries and cells are all UL listed.The cells are UL1642 certified and the battery packs are UL62133 certified.Attached is the UL certificate for the battery pack.The UL file number is MH65250. It can also be searched on the official UL website. Search link: https://iq.ulprospector.com/en/

The size of our 12 V 100 Ah battery is 305 x 174 x 188 mm and the size of the group 27 is 306 x 173 x 225 mm. So the battery case fits into the group 27.

1) Is another battery app installed on your phone? Since the data stored on the phone in the two apps are in conflict, the original data cache must be cleared every time you start it.

2) If the circuit breaker is open, it means the battery is in protection state. If it is over-discharge protection, simply discharge the battery to recover. If it is deep discharge protection, you can activate the battery with a charger that has a 0 V start function

The data of the two batteries are independent.each battery has a Bluetooth number. When you use it, connect the Bluetooth of the battery. The APP will show the data of this battery.(Each battery has a Bluetooth number. When you use it, the APP will show the data of the battery you connect Bluetooth to).

Esis a new, unused battery.Our batteries are randomly tested at the factory, so some batteries may show one-time cycling.The batteries have an 8-year warranty, so don't worry.

The time it takes to charge a lithium-ion deep cycle battery depends on the type and size of your charging source.For example, if your charger is 20 amps and you need to charge an empty battery, it will take 5 hours to reach 100%. If your charger is 50 amps and you need to charge an empty battery, it will take 2 hours to reach 100%.
